About the Workshop
This workshop will help participants understand and overcome the various barriers to assessment.
•Distinguish a continuous improvement (CI) culture from a climate
•Identify reasons why assessment is not sustainable
•Recognize different faculty responses
•Describe methods to overcome faculty resistance
•Develop strategies to manage program improvement

The registration fee includes workshop materials, a continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch. Institutions may send more than one person to this workshop.
